Terms of use

The simple rules for using GradMe and what the site can and cannot promise you.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

  1. The service
  2. No guarantee of admission or funding
  3. Your account
  4. Links to other websites
  5. Changes to these terms

The service

GradMe presents study opportunities (scholarships, admissions, trainings, research programmes) and country guides, and helps you follow your applications. The site is free. You can browse it without an account; the account keeps your profile, tracking and reminders.

No guarantee of admission or funding

Information comes from the official sources of the organisations and is carefully checked, but it can change at any time. A “likely” match is an estimate based on what you declared, never a promise.

GradMe never guarantees admission or funding: the decision always belongs to the organisation. Before applying, check the conditions, dates and amounts on its official website.

Your account

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • give an e-mail address that belongs to you;
  • keep your password secret;
  • describe your profile honestly, so that matches make sense;
  • not use the site to harm other people or the service (automated sending, intrusion attempts).

If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian for permission before creating an account.

You can delete your account at any time from My space. We may suspend an account that does not follow these rules.

Links to other websites

Pages link to the official websites of the organisations. Those websites have their own rules; GradMe is not responsible for them and receives nothing of what you send there.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change with the site. The update date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Your data is handled as explained in the Privacy policy.

A question about these terms? Write to hello@grad-me.com.
