    • Recent CV of the principal investigator (and of each member for a team)
    • Proposal synopsis (4,000 words at most): research question, knowledge of the literature, theoretical framework, method and work plan, draft budget, planned outputs
    • Draft budget between USD 5,000 and 15,000
    • Formal letter of affiliation or endorsement from a recognised higher education or research institution
