   Step 1: Prepare and send by email the Eiffel scholarship application file (master's level).

   With whom

   You (applicant), to the International Relations Office of Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.

   By when

   16 November 2026 at 23:59 CET (Europe/Paris)

   Documents to provide

   • The completed Master 2027 form
   • A photocopy of your identity document (surname, first name, date of birth)
   • A CV of no more than two pages, in French or English
   • Your degrees and rankings (copy of the most recent degrees obtained)
   • A language certificate or diploma (if applicable)
   • Your transcripts for the last three years
   • Your professional project of one or two pages, in French or English
   • The completed and signed “Declaration and commitment of the applicant” charter
