• You must not already hold any French government scholarship.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Ne pas déjà bénéficier d’une bourse du gouvernement français quelle qu'elle soit.
• You must not hold an Erasmus+ scholarship or a scholarship from the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Ne pas bénéficier d'une bourse Erasmus+ ou une bourse de l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie.
• You must have a foreign nationality; dual nationals, one of whose nationalities is French, are not eligible.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Être de nationalité étrangère (les candidats binationaux dont l'une des nationalités est française, ne sont pas éligibles).
• At doctorate level, you must be a student currently enrolled.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Être étudiant en cours d'étude
