  1. Step 1: Eligibility check: technical revision of candidacies and validation of minimum requirements.

Step 2: Documentation assessment and provisional ranking according to the criteria: relevant academic background and grade average, English proficiency, language skills in Spanish, French and Portuguese, work experience in the field and previous international mobility, motivation letter and professional project.

  3. Step 3: Video assessment of shortlisted candidates: revision of 2-minute videos in which shortlisted candidates introduce themselves and explain in more detail their motivation and professional project/plans after pursuing the WINTOUR master's degree.

  4. Step 4: Final selection: the scores from the review form one absolute ranked list of applications. In the 1st call, Erasmus Mundus scholarships are allocated to the candidates with higher merits in the list; in the 2nd call, the self-funded candidates selected are those with higher merits in the list. A reserve list is created to cover potential withdrawals.
