Other conditions

• The scholarship is reserved for candidates of foreign nationality, of all nationalities. Candidates with French nationality, including dual nationals one of whose nationalities is French, are not eligible.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: La bourse Eiffel est réservée aux candidats de nationalité étrangère, toutes nationalités confondues. • For a master's application, candidates already studying or residing in France are not eligible.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Pour une candidature en Master : Les candidats déjà en cours d'études ou résident en France ne sont pas éligibles à la bourse Eiffel.
• For a doctoral application, candidates studying or residing abroad are given priority; applications from doctoral students already in France may nevertheless be admissible, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the programme's regulations.PreferredOrganisation’s wording: Pour une candidature en Doctorat : Les candidats effectuant leurs études ou résidant à l'étranger sont prioritaires. • The Eiffel scholarship application must be submitted by a French higher education institution; candidates cannot submit their file directly to Campus France. A candidate may only be presented by one institution during the same campaign.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: La candidature à la bourse Eiffel est obligatoirement présentée par un établissement d'enseignement supérieur français. Les candidats ne peuvent pas déposer directement leur dossier auprès de Campus France. Un candidat ne peut être présenté que par un seul établissement au cours d'une même campagne.
