- From 2027, all KCSF scholarship recipients are expected to take part in the LEAD (Leadership, Engagement, Advancement & Development) programme.PreferredOrganisation’s wording: Beginning in 2027, all KCSF scholarship recipients are expected to participate in the Leadership, Engagement, Advancement & Development (LEAD) Program
