• The proposed initiatives must ensure the widest possible, free and open participation of all students of the University of Padua.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Ricorda che le iniziative proposte devono garantire la partecipazione più ampia possibile, libera e gratuita da parte di tutti le studentesse e gli studenti dell’Università di Padova.
• The funding request must be submitted by the guarantor of the initiative, exclusively online, by 1 December 2026.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: La richiesta di finanziamento per le iniziative culturali e tempo libero va presentata dal garante dell’iniziativa, esclusivamente online, entro il 1° dicembre 2026.

   Step 2: Read the information notice and click on Inserisci Richiesta di finanziamento.

   Step 3: Check your data, which the procedure will take over from the university's records.

   Step 4: Enter the details of the substitute guarantor and of the subscribing students, who must all be duly enrolled and in course for 2026/27.

   Step 5: State the title and type of the initiative and briefly describe the project, its objectives and expected results (max 2000 characters).

   Step 6: Describe how students will be involved and take part in the event, and specify collaborations with bodies outside the university.

   Step 7: State the total amount requested from the university and detail the financial plan for each expense item.
