Other conditions

• The call is reserved for candidates of foreign nationality. Dual nationals, one of whose nationalities is French, are not eligible.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Appel réservé aux candidats de nationalité étrangère. • Scholarship cumulation: foreign students already receiving a French government scholarship under another programme at the time of application are not eligible, even if it only covers social security, an Erasmus+ scholarship, or an Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie scholarship. • The candidate's bachelor's degree must have been awarded by a foreign university (or a postgraduate school at bac+5 level).RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Le diplôme de Licence du candidat doit avoir été délivré par une université (ou une école de 3e cycle niveau bac+ 5) étrangère ;
• The planned research/internship thesis subject (with, where applicable, the intention to continue to a doctorate at UTLN) must fall within a strategic axis of UTLN.RequiredOrganisation’s wording: Le sujet de mémoire de recherche/stage envisagé (accompagné, le cas échéant de la volonté de poursuite en Doctorat à l'UTLN) doit s'inscrire dans un axe stratégique de l'UTLN ;
